Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not mean a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, only once goods have been processed and despatched.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
Shipping And Handling
Subject to availability, all orders placed via our website are usually despatched to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. We will advise you if there are likely to be any delays. In the event that an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Standard Delivery in the UK
Cost £4.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only.
Please allow 5 working days for your delivery.

Next Day Delivery in the UK
Cost £9.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only, provided we receive your order before 12 noon.

Europe Delivery
Cost £10.00 per delivery address.

Rest of World
Cost £15 per delivery address per single item, plus a further £3.50 for each additional item.
Your Right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products you have chosen, you may return them within 28 days of receipt. We are happy to offer you an exchange, a credit note or, a refund, provided that the products are returned complete and in perfect condition.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. Please complete the returns form (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund, a credit note, or to exchange items. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. You will receive your refund, credit note or exchange item(s) (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us, subject to availability.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Back Orders
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
